AboutPhil Morgan

I hold an MA (distinction) in Creative Thinking from UCLAN. My research centers on the design and evaluation of analogue toolkits in educational planning, exploring factors that promote co-creativity.

I am a Certified facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and 'Thinking in and out of the Box™', and an affiliate consultant with ELIAD group.

Collaborating with MethodKit.com and launching 'INCUB-8' via Kickstarter, I strive to bring creative capacity to diverse teams looking for organizational change and bespoke workshop design.
